About Us

Hi, I am mid age mamma who went “green! And if you think that it is my new hair color you are wrong, I am still a brunette ;)! A few years back I decided to give up on just believing what commercials say about products in general, I investigated myself and come up with some interesting results, as I was never selfish I decided to share this with you, so mamma is here to blog it!

The more time women spend in nature, the more positive their body images become!

About blog

This blog is like summary of my green healthy hocus pocus life experiences, I even have formula that led me to blogging: I+A=SHARE, where I is for investigate, A is for apply and of course SHARE! Main goal to achieve by spending so precious time to write and share is to remind parents that they are experts on the care of their own families. Big top companies do not do that for us! For them it is business.

Believe it or not when you go green other colors still apply! 🙂

Green Food!

Think about it! It may not be the best test we love but…after consuming some real healthy food picked from the organic garden, having that calm feeling in your stomach you will not care about those favorite fast food greasy tastes your stomach loved! Products that are completely organic — such as fruits, vegetables, eggs or other single-ingredient foods — are labeled 100 percent organic and can carry the appropriate seal, so next time going for food look up some green labels on it!

Green Clothes!

The words “eco-friendly,” “organic” and “sustainable” get bandied around a lot nowadays in fashion. A growing number of designers are creating high fashion from sustainable materials that even a fashionista would gladly don, meaning that Eco fashion is no longer relegated to organic tee shirts and hemp drawstring pants. Choose smartly what to wear and keep on mind there are many factors when considering the sustainability of a material. The renewability and source of a fiber, the process of how a raw fiber is turned into a textile, the working conditions of the people producing the materials, and the material’s total carbon footprint.

Green Cars!

There is no such car! Period! Why such a “radical” statement you may ask!? Well just think about all the factories that make car parts and the pollution that they produce! But on another hand, there are of course eco-friendly cars that we can go for to participate less in polluting our planet while in need for senseless driving around…So finding a car that suits your family’s needs is one thing, environmentally-conscious your search might extend beyond comfort, cargo space and available options. Go for lower emissions, find list of top score vehicles that emit no air pollutants, research it, see how it fits your budget but keep in mind air pollution also contributes to health risks in children such as asthma attacks, which can be triggered by emissions from car exhaust.

So That’s About Me!
